Steps to Creating your Dream Renovation
 We Have Listed The Steps to Creating Your Dream Renovation & Explained Why You Should Choose Kitchen Decor?!
The Showroom Visit;
Come along to our showroom in Welshpool to have a look at the various materials that are on offer and have a chat with our designer who can show you the software used to draw up your new kitchen. Here and appointment can be made to visit your home and measure up
The Site Visit;
Your designer will visit your home to discuss your ideas and inspect the room. At this time they will gather all the information required to assist in the preparation of your design. As a guide, it is a good idea at this time to indicate to him what your budget constraints (if any) might be. An appointment will be made for you to meet in our showroom to discuss the design.
Design Preparation;
Your designer will then prepare detailed drawings and specifications for your consideration.
Design Presentation;
In order for your designer to communicate his ideas to you properly, we ask you to visit our showroom where we can show you the design on the computer and discuss the various fittings and options we have on display. We will then present you with a fully detailed and costed specification for your consideration. And then........should you decide to proceed....
Design Confirmation and Colour Selections;
A full set of drawings and specifications form the basis of our agreement. All your colours, finishes, appliances and tile selections are confirmed.
Production Scheduling;
An estimated start date is provided. As a guide, we normally have a lead time of approximately six weeks before commencement. This varies from time to time and seasonal factors do come into play (eg. Christmas).
Pre-Delivery Inspection (Kitchens);
Immediately prior to installation of a kitchen or laundry, we invite you to inspect your cabinets in our factory to ensure everything is to your complete satisfaction.
Installation;
Day 1. - Rip Out. Our tradesmen visit the site to remove all cabinets and tiles etc (as listed in the specification) ready for a fresh start.
Days 2-5 (varies - bathrooms and kitchens with building work will take longer)
- Installation. Over the next few days our qualified and licensed plumbers, electricians, carpenters, plasterers and tilers complete the installation. Everything is coordinated and expedited to minimise any inconvenience to you and your family.
Completion;
Finally......your dream renovation is finished. As we want you to become a part of our invaluable resource of happy clients that will come back to us as well as refer your friends - we will have done everything possible to ensure we have indeed provided that Dream Renovation.
Your Guarantee;
You don’t survive 35 years in this business without standing behind your products and providing exceptional service. We are proud of the 10 year warranty we provide on all our work, and manufacturers warranty on all fixtures & fittings (such as taps and benchtops)
